Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Ferry tickets and parking fees are not included. Tram reservations are needed in advance. Please see BHI Ferry’s website (www.baldheadisland.com/island/ferry) for pricing info and to secure your tram reservation.
  • Access to Bald Head Island is by boat or ferry only. Vehicles are not permitted on the island; guests utilize the golf carts provided at the home.

  • 2 golf carts (1 six-seater and 1 four-seater) are included for guest use.

Policies and Rules

  • Please review the cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
  • No smoking or vaping allowed at this property.
  • This is a dog-friendly home: A non-refundable pet fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. For 2 dogs, the pet fee is $350.
  • Maximum occupancy: 8 occupants. Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and sleeping in a crib.
  • Tenant requirements: The tenant stated on the agreement/booking must be at least 25 years of age and will occupy the property during the entire tenancy.
  • No events or parties. If a party or event is determined to have taken place at the property, management may evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
  • If a party takes place during any of the nights reserved, the reservation guest will be charged $500.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • Manager and owner are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
  • House Rules: No smoking allowed. Minimum age: 25 years. Children allowed. No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee.
  • Pet fee: A non-refundable fee of $250 for one dog, $350 for two dogs.
  • Bald Head Island Club Lifestyle Memberships are available for purchase. Golf access is available for extra fees with the membership; the BHI Club Temporary Membership fees vary by season. Please check with the club directly for current rates.
  • Temporary Membership to the Shoals Club is not included with this rental.
  • The BHI Club is capping registration for guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club during your stay, please apply as soon as possible.   • Club rates, rules, and restrictions are controlled by the clubs. No discount or refund will be provided if club membership is restricted or denied.
